- •Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
- •Usage data: basic analytics and device information to keep the service reliable.
How We Use Data
- •Schedule and place Santa's call at the requested time.
- •Personalize the conversation using the context you provide.
- •Send confirmation and reminders, and share the post-call summary and recording in your dashboard.
- •Improve quality and safety of the experience, including content filters for children.
Transcripts & Retention
- •We store transcripts and recordings so you can review the summary, gift list, and audio in your dashboard.
- •Audio recordings and transcripts are retained only as long as needed to provide your dashboard access.
- •You can request deletion of transcripts and personal data at any time by emailing us.
Sharing
- •Payment processing via Stripe; subject to their security and privacy practices.
- •Email delivery via our transactional email provider to send confirmations and reminders.
- •Law enforcement or legal requests when required by applicable law.
- •We do not sell personal data.
Security
- •Encryption in transit for all data.
- •Restricted access to production systems and least-privilege principles.

Your Choices
- •Need to adjust booking details before the call? Contact support; rescheduling isn't available yet.

International Use
SantaCallsYou may process data in the region where we host our infrastructure. By using the service, you consent to this processing even if your home country has different data protection laws.
