SantaCallsYou is an AI-powered experience that schedules and places calls from Santa to children based on details you provide. By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to contract.

• •Calls are scheduled once payment is completed through Stripe. Pricing is displayed upfront before checkout.
• •If a child misses a call, reach out to support—we don't support rescheduling or automatic retries yet.
• •All sales are final once the call occurs. For technical issues that prevent delivery, contact us so we can make it right.

• •You must provide accurate information for the call (child's name, age, phone number, context).
• •You are responsible for obtaining consent from the phone number's owner and for supervising children during the call.
• •SantaCallsYou may pause or refuse service if we detect abuse, fraud, or content that conflicts with our safety policies.

• •Calls are generated by AI with content safety filters. Santa never asks for sensitive personal information.
• •We keep call transcripts and recordings so you can view the summary, gift list, and audio in your dashboard; you can request deletion at any time.

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Key details include the information you provide about your child, your contact data for confirmations, and payment processing handled by Stripe.

All branding, copy, designs, and software for SantaCallsYou are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.
